What it costs

Renters pay a service fee on top of the winning bid, disclosed at checkout. Operators pay a monthly subscription; there is no per-transaction take on the operator side.

For renters

A service fee is added to your winning bid at checkout. The final total — bid plus service fee — is itemized on the payment step before you're charged. Any security deposit shown on a listing is operator policy information and is not charged by Corze Evo. Fees fund fraud checks, payment infrastructure, dispute handling, and support. Additional taxes or government-imposed charges may apply where required; any applicable amounts will be shown before payment when supported.

There are no bidding fees and no charges until you win. You can always see your exact total at checkout before confirming payment.

Are there any fees on top of my bid?

When am I charged?
Never while bidding. A card on file is required to place a bid, but no charge is made until you win. After the auction ends, you complete payment within the payment window shown on your booking.
Can I cancel after I win?
No — winning a Corze Evo auction is a binding rental commitment. If the operator has to cancel (mechanical issue, etc.), you're refunded in full.

For operators

Preview. Operator subscriptions and listing caps below reflect the intended structure. Billing and enforcement are rolling out — during preview, all operators are on Starter terms with no active-listing cap enforced.

Once live, operators will subscribe monthly. Higher tiers unlock more listing slots and a lower renter-facing platform fee, which typically translates into higher final bids. There is no separate commission or per-booking fee taken from the operator.
