Getting started

Open the listing wizard from your account menu. It walks through the vehicle, photos, availability, pricing, and policies in five steps:

1. Vehicle. Year, make, model, trim, mileage, color, transmission, VIN, and pickup city/state.
2. Photos. At least 10, following the photo requirements in the wizard (see next section).
3. Availability. Publish an availability window (the range of dates the car can be rented) plus the minimum and maximum trip length. The winner picks their exact dates from your calendar after the auction closes.
4. Pricing. Starting $/day rate, optional reserve, optional buy-now, bid increment, security deposit, mileage cap and overage rate, and delivery options.
5. Policies & review. Fuel, smoking, pets, geography, and cancellation notes. Submit for review.

Photos are the single biggest driver of final bid. The wizard's Photos step lists the exact shots we require, but at minimum every listing needs:

• Front three-quarter and rear three-quarter exteriors.
• Both full profiles (driver and passenger side).
• Driver seat, rear seat, and dash-on shots interior.
• Cargo area or trunk.
• One or more detail shots that show the character of the car — wheels, badge, gauges, distinguishing feature.

Photos must be of the actual vehicle being rented, taken within the last 90 days, in good light, on a clean car. Stock or press imagery is not permitted. See the listing quality standards for the full rules.

Every listing requires a valid VIN. Corze Evo uses the VIN to confirm the vehicle's identity and to prevent duplicate listings of the same car on the platform.

Before a first listing goes live, Corze Evo may request proof of ownership or authority to rent — for example, a current vehicle registration, a commercial fleet title, or a notarized power-of- attorney. This is reviewed by a human and is not shown to renters. Once verified, additional listings for vehicles under the same operator or fleet generally clear faster.

A key differentiator of Corze Evo is that you cannot accidentally double-book a car. Every vehicle has a live availability calendar keyed to its VIN. The moment an auction goes live for a date range — or a booking is confirmed for one — that range is locked at the database level: no other auction on the same vehicle can be created, live, or bid on for any overlapping day.

It applies across every listing on the platform — even if the same VIN is somehow listed by two operators, the second attempt is rejected. When you build the calendar in the wizard, the availability check runs live as you type; conflicts are surfaced before you can submit.

A mandatory one-day turnaround buffer is applied automatically between rentals for cleaning and inspection.

Submitted listings enter a short human review queue. The reviewer checks for:

• Photo quality and completeness.
• Honest, accurate description.
• Reasonable pricing floor (against comparable historical rentals).
• Policy completeness and legality.
• Ownership verification, for first listings.

Most listings clear within 24 hours. If the reviewer requests changes, you'll see a message thread inside your operator dashboard — respond directly there. Approved listings can be scheduled to go live at a specific date/time so you can time the auction close.

Operators subscribe monthly. Higher tiers unlock more concurrent listing slots and a lower renter-facing service fee (which typically translates into higher final bids). There is no per-booking commission taken from the operator.

Today, payouts to operators are handled by Corze Evo directly. Automated bank payouts through Stripe Connect — where each operator connects a Stripe account so that bank details, tax forms, and identity verification are collected without Corze Evo ever handling your account number — are being rolled out. Until then, your payout is arranged directly with the Corze Evo team.

The flow for a single booking, up to payout:

1. Auction close. Renter's payment method is authorized for the full checkout total. No funds move yet.
2. Handover confirmed in-product. The authorization is captured. Funds are collected.
3. Operator paid out. The operator's share is paid out to them. Automated bank payouts via Stripe Connect are on the roadmap — until then, payout is arranged directly.
4. Deposits. Any security deposit you state on a listing is operator policy information shown to renters — Corze Evo does not currently place a deposit hold or charge a renter for damage on your behalf (see damage, deposits and disputes).

Automated Stripe Connect payouts, including self-serve payout timing options, are on the roadmap.

The listings that consistently earn the highest final bids share a few habits: honest photos of a genuinely clean car, precise descriptions (including flaws), fast replies on listing comments during the auction, and generous rather than punitive mileage and fuel policies. Bidders are enthusiasts — they can tell.
